1.1. BuyFreshAccounts.com Service Guarantees:

- Full validity of the account for 48 hours after purchase, compliance with all the terms set out in the Terms of Use and 'How To Use' on the page below the accounts
- Account replacement in instances of invalidity due to BuyFreshAccounts.com store's error, specifically if the account is blocked, deleted, has incorrect login credentials, under ACTIVE guarantee (ACTIVE guarantee = Guarantee not voided);
1.2. The following uses are PROHIBITED for accounts purchased from BuyFreshAccounts.com website:

- Utilizing your original (local, home) IP address for account access;
- Employing any VPN services (paid, free, built-in VPNs like opera-VPN, etc.);
- Using the anonymous TOR browser for account access;
- Engaging virtual machines, device emulators, and servers (VPS, VDS) for account operation;
- Employing IPv6 proxies, common proxies, or public proxies for account access;
- Utilizing proxies and devices obtained unlawfully (including but not limited to botnets, etc.);
- Logging into 2 or more accounts from a single device and proxy server;
- Operating the account with programs and services like Sobot, proxymania.ru, keyproxy.net, 911.re, instap.ru;
- Using accounts to inflict harm on others (including but not limited to bullying on social networks, comment spam, threats, etc.) or to engage in any illegal activities (including but not limited to fraud, extortion, data theft, etc.).

Each account must be operated with 1 legal private IPv4 proxy server and 1 new device (new UserAgent, cookies, specialized program).

1.3. The BuyFreshAccounts.com service and its personnel do not retain accounts or the history of sold accounts. Customers are responsible for safeguarding their data.

1.4. BuyFreshAccounts.com and its staff reserve the right to:

- Refuse changes to initially valid accounts. If an account is accessed and subsequently blocked, the issue likely stems from user action;
- Deny refunds for purchased valid accounts. Requests for refunds or account replacements following inattentive purchases may be declined.
- Block a customer on BuyFreshAccounts.com and withhold refunds in cases where:
 a. The client spams tickets, email, or chat;
 b. The client posts negative reviews or comments about the service on third-party resources;
 c. The client is rude to technical support or uses profanity.

1.5. By agreeing to the store's rules (at the time of purchase), THE CLIENT CONFIRMS that:

- They have read the detailed account descriptions;
- They will change account passwords and independently secure their accounts for long-term use;
- Responsibility transfers to the buyer post-purchase;
- The GUARANTEE IS VOIDED if there's a violation of section 1.2, and the client HAS NO claims against the BuyFreshAccounts.com service;
- The client acknowledges all points of the agreement above.
